watch the swing!!
there I was. happily walking on orchard road, trying to navigate through waves of people. Even through it was a lazy monday peak hour, the human traffic is quite decent. And then it happen. *thum* hm... nevermind... *thum*... the lady walking in front of seems to have seen to much national day march pass! that was a full swing back into yours truely crouch.. and she did it twice!! and never even look back! then I realised that she is not the only one. more then one person, male or female have this hand swinging all the way back. I am not sure if it is a terrority thingie, where u swing as far as u can and freaking clear everything in that area. there are even some people that swings at a 45 degree angle. thereby giving them more 'air space'. I wonder if these people know that they are doing this or are the conscience of it.
now, I start looking at myself. the forward swing is ok, swing to back. hm... I tend to stop right at where my hand reach my hips.
I look around again. then I realise that mostly woman do this... esp those that have a back under their armpit (which have that arm swing at an 45 degree) or carrying it on their elbow ( which will have that other arm swing back pass their butts). next arw those in heels.... I guess this all have to do wity trying to balance onself. but they probably did not realised that they might be touching someone....
probably if a woman do that to a guy, it will be ok. maybe a little red face then carry on walking. if the role is reverse, probably a slap across the face is the result or the 'wat u think u are doing! u will never get away with it if u do it again' plus the million dagger in your face look!
however like I mention, most of the people doing this swinging are woman..and it does not take a pervert (and a strong pervert, I must add) to come up with something.....
or maybe I am crazy......
